1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or placing any wager through the bw33 platform at bw33.bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and bw33 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our").

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Each individual may register only one (1) account on bw33. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment method references, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. bw33 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at registration or at any point thereafter.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, bw33 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of address issued within the past three months

3 Account Obligations

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the bw33 platform:

• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any competitive game format to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs in a manner that provides an undue financial advantage; any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are not valid and will be voided
• Using or attempting to use fraudulent payment methods, stolen payment credentials, or initiating chargebacks for deposits made to bw33
• Creating or operating an account on behalf of a third party without express written consent from bw33
• Engaging in any activity that bw33 reasonably determines to constitute money laundering or the circumvention of anti-money-laundering controls

Violation of any of the above prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

3.3 Accuracy of Player Information

You must keep your registered account information current and accurate at all times. Changes to your name, mobile number, email address, or payment method must be communicated to bw33 support promptly. bw33 will not be responsible for failed communications, delayed withdrawals, or missed promotions resulting from outdated account information.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bw33 accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bw33 does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed on the Cashier page.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed on the bw33 Cashier page and may vary depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. bw33 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your bw33 account balance within 60 seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 15 minutes to process. bw33 is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile financial service provider or card-issuing bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by bw33 within 24 hours of submission, provided that the requesting account has completed KYC verification and there are no outstanding compliance holds. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. bw33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

4.5 Fees

bw33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) or card-issuing institution may apply their own transaction fees or exchange charges. bw33 is not responsible for any such third-party charges, and they will not be reimbursed by bw33.

4.6 Currency

All bw33 account balances, bonus amounts, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). There is no currency conversion step for Bangladesh-based players using local payment methods. Players depositing via Visa or Mastercard issued in foreign currencies may have their transactions converted to BDT by their card provider at the prevailing exchange rate.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses and free spins must be used within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds and free spins will be automatically removed from your account upon expiry without compensation. Wagering requirement deadlines will also apply; failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

5.4 Abuse of Bonuses

bw33 monitors bonus activity to identify patterns indicative of systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk hedged bets purely to satisfy wagering requirements, and systematically exploiting game contribution disparities. Where bw33 determines that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

5.5 Opting Out of Bonuses

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation; the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed bet placement are the binding odds for that wager.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

bw33 may apply maximum single-session winnings caps, maximum single-bet winnings limits, and daily or weekly winnings ceilings at its discretion. Where applicable, these limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market. Winnings that exceed stated maximum payout thresholds will be capped at the stated maximum and the excess will not be paid.

8 Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your bw33 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold (৳1,000) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Closure by bw33

bw33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials

Where an account is closed by bw33 due to breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. bw33 will communicate the outcome of the investigation to the email address registered on the account.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a consecutive period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. bw33 will notify the registered email address prior to applying dormancy status. Dormant accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳200 per month, deducted from the remaining balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in and completing a verification step.

8.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the bw33 platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to clauses relating to intellectual property, fraud, liability limitations, and dispute resolution — shall remain in full force and effect following account closure.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the bw33 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
